Event Description

Build a good foundation for you and your company! A conference that gives
you the practical experience you need to start or run a business in 2024.
Our program will guide you through a journey, where you will get to know
your self better, as a person and a leader. You will get the chance to build
network with people in the region and with people from all over Europe,
visit a local company and ofcourse go on sightseeing in Stavanger City. JCI
Norway are not a regular leader organization, is a place where you get
practical experience and got the chance of reflections and growth. This
conference reflects that!
